Well, to make it short and sweet: I have 3 bulged discs in my lumbar, 1 in my sacrum region, deterioration in another disc in my lumbar, and one completely herniated disc in my thoracic spine. Not quite sure how any of it happened but I'm still able to work light duty as of right now. I go to see a neurosurgeon monday. Keep me and my family in your thoughts please!


(On a happier note my wife started her job so we wont be in any financial trouble, God had my back so to speak on that one, if my back had went out even 2 months ago we would have been hurting badly.)

I too have had a similar problem with my back
I was lucky. I managed to avoid surgery with a major lifestyle change. Be cautious about surgery a buildup of scar tissue around surgery site can press on nerve roots and cause more problems. Chronic pain. This has happened to several friends of mine.
