Ok 250.00 bucks just fell from the sky lol. No really my budget for my 15-22 just got a little bigger I already have vertical grip laser/light bipod. So no I'm looking for the best scope I can possibly find for the 250.00 and I can't spend a dime more than that. Anyway I was looking at Bushnell tactical elite 3200. I kinda want a tactical looking scope to go along with the AR BC it is a tactical looking rifle even though its a .22. Lol anyway any suggestions I want to shoot 100 -125 yards maybe a little further any helpful opinions out there there's alot of scopes un my price range

If you are going to shoot further than 125 yards with a 15-22, upgrade the rifle too, .223, .556, or .308. :-)

Ok don't eat me alive but we are talking about a scope for a 15-22. Ebay number 360636224782 is a 30 mm scope in a cantilever mount with liminated reticule 1.5x4 power and gives the rifle a lot of weight right at the balance point, looks cool and costs a hundred bucks. I have one and for a 15-22 it is great.

No offense, but I wouldn't sink 100 bucks into a no name scope when you can buy quality for a few bucks more from a reputable company.

I grant you that you don't need to go crazy on a 15-22, but scopes just aren't something where you need/should skimp on either. Even on a 22.

Sights are what allow you to enjoy your rifle. Why not spend a bit of money to ensure you're buying something that will last and has good customer service if something happens?

The OP has 250 bucks to allocate to a scope. He can buy a name brand scope for well under that and have something that will last for years.

True, but if you were going to spend upwards of 250 bucks on a scope would you want to be a guinea pig for a start up?

Maine, I took a chance and found this to be a neat scope for me. My AR's have Eotech, Nikon etc but the 15-22 just loves a hundred dollar no name (Monstrum)?

I hear ya. I have a 26 dollar Barska scope that's way better than I thought it would be so I'm not saying there aren't cheap scopes that can't fit the bill.

Even though the Barska works...so far, it's nothing compared to my Primary Arms scope. Not even close.

I just think there's a difference between someone looking for a cheap scope who's willing to gamble on if it'll be a gem or a lemon versus someone with a decent budget who doesn't have to take that risk at all.

Exactly why I offered my cheap experience results, I have several high end scopes that I expect more out of and have them installed on rifles that demand more. My $90.00 tru-glo red dot does not perform like my $550. Eotech but both have been reliable and given me much enjoyment. Only the originator of this thread will know what will satisfy him.
