Absolutely nothing I would change about your rig......If I was pressed, that muzzle brake is a little too tapout/affliction, but very nice rifle nonetheless.

Hahaha, good call on the tapout muzzle brake. It was the first mod I did on the rifle. I'm in search for a new brake. any suggestions?

What are you looking for in a brake? If you want reduced recoil and no muzzle rise, I'd suggest the Lantac Dragon. They're not cheap, but they do what they say they will.

Good Luck and good shooting. :D

Those MFT buttstocks are getting really popular... I have a Magpul CTR, how does it compare?
I love mine. I did have a magpul CTR prior the MFT. The MFT is lighter, not significantly but you can tell. I was reading about how the hook like end would get caught on their clothing or gear but I have not encountered that problem.

I like the Jerry Miculek muzzle brake. Watch a few of his video's, especially with his custom S&W rig.

My new M&P 15T

Here is my new M&P 15T I will be going this weekend to run the first few hundred rounds through it. I look forward to telling you all how it goes. I look forward to learning from you folks who have more experience with this rifle as I add on to it.

2nd the suggestion on the Lantac Dragon - it really depends on what you want it do to... Lantac is a good all around performer, as the the Griffin M4SD. If you want a break specifically for 3gun and similar, etc then the Miculek or JP style's are very popular. And if you plan on running a suppressor in the future that plays a part, as you will want to choose one that is compatible with the suppressor you want to run, whether Surefire, AAC, Griffen, etc.

There a great thread on here with more info, and a link to a nice comparison of many brakes with video, etc...

Finally put on a new muzzle brake. I really wanted the Lantac (thanks for the suggestion guys) but was out of my budget at the moment so I ended up picking up a Fortis RED MB. I will be getting that Lantac later.
