FedEx Refusal

I think the key word is "Hub" location for either Fed Ex or UPS.

Have shipped handguns via both at their Hub locations and encountered no problems at all.

Bingo! Commonly called the "terminal" in the shipping industry the jargon for the terminal is the "hub" and you will have no problem going to the "hub" for shipment of firearms. However, do not go the Fedex Office outlet or a "The UPS Store" as these facilities are forbidden to ship firearms or ammunition under any circumstances. Look at it this way - if you see a lot of trucks coming or going or parked in lot in an industrial area - it's a good bet it is a "hub" and you can ship from there.:D

I shipped my rifle back to Remington for the recall UPS. Took it to a UPS store and had no problems at all. And yes I did declare it to be a firearm, they didnt even bat an eye. Of course this is in Texas so. ... your results may vary[emoji1]
