That bigass wheelie gun smoker firmly planted thoughts of BBQ in my brain
that could only be removed by a good portion of what else, BRISKET!
After delivering Christmas well wishes and cookies to three of the gun stores I like to shop at,
my honey and I ended up at Wood's Pit BBQ, in Bantam, CT.
What a lunch! And I have some leftover brisket to have with scrambled eggs tomorrow morning.
