I guess we have to trace all of today's violent crime that includes the use of guns back to those of us who grew up playing with toy guns that looked like real guns. Fancy lookin' six shooters and toy rifles that did not have bright orange barrel ends. We played cowboys and indians, cops and robbers, army and must have shot up thousands of "bad guys" and "good guys", depending on which side you got to play. Little did we know we were creating a culture of violence and disrespect of human life that comes from playing with toy guns. It's a wonder an entire generation did not end up hardened criminals behind bars instead of leading normal, productive lives as decent peaceful citizens. Clearly the problem is the toy guns and not anything else.....
