How do I know if these are real or not?

I just got a real nice set of dual tone hogue wood grips for my PC 357. Which leaves me with the grips that came on them from the LGS. They aren't the ones that normally come with this revolver.

They look like laminate, rosewood maybe? And the medallions look real to me. I'd like to sell them but i don't want to lowball myself or rip anyone off. Can someone with a trained eye tell me what these are and ballpark what I should sell them for?

They are Altamonts. Go to their website and checkout the retail price and price yours accordingly - small premium for the medallions.
