McDonalds is the classic story of what MOST of Americans want. A mediocre product at a very low price.

I quit eating at "fast food" places years ago. "Slow Slop" is more accurate. Served by surly people to boot.I don’t consider McDonalds cheap. A Big Mac meal running around $9 IIRC. Not high quality but not cheap.
