A follow up to the previous post picture of the giant container ship Ever Given, grounded across the Suez Canal. This is a ship tracker screenshot showing her underway again, no longer holding up 9 billion dollars a day of commerce.

A little weekend project on the grill inserts, got rid of the louvers. This is "The Summer of Love" for the Hemi since my Jeep received all the love last year. Even Mrs. 03Hemi loves the difference! lol

Since we're into firearms and edged weapons here, as well as service, I thought this sculptural gate incorporating a bayonet theme was an appropriate "Random Object".
It led from the chapel at the WWI Somme American Cemetery near Bony, France.

The bucolic scenery belies it's historic past, as the place where allies breached the heavily fortified Hindenburg Line.
The small roadway running left to right just above the gate, is the driveway of Guillemont Farm, where on 29 September 1918, the U.S. 27th Division's 107th Infantry Regiment suffered the worst casualties sustained in a single day (396 killed) by any U.S. regiment in our history. Four soldiers were awarded Medal's of Honor for their heroism there that day.

Anybody do any scratch built detail modeling?
A little scratch building of mine.
Walter Wolf WR-1 I've been working on for a couple of years now, still a ways to go.
Enjoy

Beautiful detail work. What scale?

Here's an instrument panel I scratch built for an R/C Jet Ranger I built a while back...
