I sent in two Slides to be milled for Red Dots. I sent them July 5 and they acknowledged reciept on July 14th. It has been more than 12 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. Sent them two emails over the past couple days and got no reply.

Anyone have any recent dealings with them? Any problems? When I placed the order the lead times were 4-8 weeks for the Red dot milling and 2-3 weeks for the nitride coating. it has been more than the later on each and no staus update or reply to emails. I am not bad mouthing them in any way just want to know if I need to be concerned. I will try calling them next week if I dont hear anything from them over the weekend. Been trying daily to reache them. Phone Voicemail. and three email addresses. Also facebook message and message via their website. Others having the same issue. Want to save people the loss. They have my property for more than 12 weeks and they will not reposnd to any communication. Others indicating the same.

Well, you actually are bad mouthing them, but if your accusations are true, then it’s justified.

I don't see how you consider this "badmouthing"? The op is not calling them thieves or trashing their products or services, or even demanding that something be done "or else." He is simply stating a factual concern and asking if others have had similar experiences or have heard why there is a problem. There is a big difference between voicing a concern and badmouthing.

If what the OP said is considered "bad-mouthing" to you then you must have some really thin skin or something...he in no way bad-mouthed this company at all, he clearly and concisely stated what's going on with his actual order and said nothing derogatory about said company.

Oh, I dunno... the JAGERWERKS WARNING title might put a bit of a negative critical slant on the post ... hardly a dispassionate, neutral way to start out.

Bad-mouth synonyms include:

To criticize (yup)
To disparage (yup)
To find fault (yup)
To disapprove (of) (yup)

I won’t bother to go on with others, but a clue that a poster is about to do something is to deny that one is about to do it, then proceed to do it. (Yup)

The ultimate judge of whether some business is being bad-mouthed is always the recipient, not the sender.

As I stated, if all the info the OP included is accurate, this is a good PSA. It’s good to ask for others’ experiences also, and the post contains an actual warning about doing business with these folks. All of this is criticism (bad-mouthing), but it is sometimes what is necessary to get a company to fulfill its obligations. It’s a common and accepted tactic.

"Anyone have any recent dealings with them? Any problems?"
Whether or not it is considered bad-mouthing, nobody has answered his question. Personally, I've never heard of the company. So no, I haven't had any recent dealings with them or problems.
Good luck, Raiderse.

I had a Glock 19 done buy them and it was all top notch , no problems they were great , who knows what happened !

OP, where are they in relation to you? I know where they are, but your profile says nothing about you. What kind of guns?

If I could drive there I would, if the slides are worth it. if they are plastic guns buy new slides

I use Middlebranch Machine and their just down the road. Mike has crazy fast turn-around to the point I wonder how he does it.

Well, the OP hasn't been on since 10/23. JW dated their blog 10/26. Hopefully, the OP either has his answer already from JW or see this thread.

Glock forum also has threads noting these types of bad business issues. I would not use them at this point. OP, hope you at least get your property back!

Welcome to the post COVID world. This is the way it is. I just got back from the grocery store that had lots of empty shelves and a closed deli due to no staffing. There is no aspect of our lives that is not affected by this right now. Patience is the order of the day.
