Light beer? "Heavy" beer has the equivalent of two eggs, five strips of bacon, and two slices of toast in every can.... Get you through until wife gets up and makes "brunch". Ask me how I know.......

I sort of like mine OE, SS up or scrambled, even poached if the last choice......
Flipped in half with cheese for an omlet or with Salsa on top or at least some hot sause, here and there, on the eggs.

Normally I have an Omelette, Scrambled, Poached, or Over-easy, but I like experimenting and wanted to try this. The Mustard-Dill sauce made this a very good choice.
My choice for breakfast is normally some type of Jimmy Dean microwaveable frozen offering.
Done that many times. But when I feel a little bit more ambitious, I make one of my turkey, cheese and poached egg breakfast sandwiches.

Fried potatoes, pinto beans, shredded cheese, green chile, and a fried egg. Tortillas with butter on the side. Also known as huevos rancheros at places that charge more than I do for breakfast.
