CDNN is high on my list of great suppliers. While some companies just "do their jobs" it's when an issue arises that they show what they're made of. I've received several orders from CDNN over the last couple years. They have excellent prices and shipping is blazingly fast. No complaints whatsoever.
Yesterday's package was puzzling. I got an empty package. Now that's a new one! Somebody goofed. It happens, we're human.
Here's where CDNN showed their colors. I called this morning at 0545 PDT and explained the situation. Said I'd emailed photos last night after they'd closed. A pleasant gentleman asked that I call back in about 90 minutes when the warehouse manager had arrived. And, could I forward the email to a second email address for the manager to see?
Now get this! I forwarded the email at 0552 PDT and before I could call back I had an email response at 0600 PDT! Eight minutes after my initial email, they had replied saying they would re-ship the order.
I am very happy with CDNN's spectacular responsiveness and ethics. This is the kind of customer service we all wish for. My hat's off to CDNN!
