Titanium cylinder cleaned in Ultrasonic cleaner ???

I have used my ultrasonic cleaner for many things. Gun wise, I have cleaned SS cylinders with great success, basically clean like new.

I wonder if there is any reason not to do a Titanium cylinder from S&W, in an ultrasonic cleaner ? Thoughts anybody ?

i would also like to try some other current miscellaneous black finished barrels and cylinders from Sig and S&W ? thoughts or experience with these finishes also ultrasonically cleaned ?

I don't have the answer you're seeking, but what solution did you use in the ultrasonic to clean the stainless cylinder?

If I owned a titanium-cylinder gun I think I'd let someone else try it first. Unintentional removal of the coating they put on them could be a very expensive mistake.

I would also contact LYMAN!
Its the solution that is in question not the ultrasonic.
