To be clear, to my knowledge I have collected TWO dings, the first long ago for posting a clip from a mainstream movie that was deemed inappropriate. OK. The second was because I posted a top-break question in the wrong section (horrors!), an honest mistake. At no time did I suggest that Lee was about to ban anyone, only that he could. I am a contributor to this Forum and support it, but the truth, whether you like it or not, is that the mods here are not officers of the SWCA but CAN control access to it. By the way, this issue has been discussed by the officers of the SWCA, but apparently there are issues that prevent them from making our web site robust enough to offer all the services available to members. You seem very defensive regarding this issue--no need. I appreciate Lee's generosity, but this is too much power in the hands of a third party in my opinion. You can get mad and think this is sour grapes on my part, but it really isn't and I am happy to be here. However, this last ding I received for posting in the wrong section came with a warning that I could lose some of my (unspecified) privileges here. Like all other members of the SWCA, I pay yearly dues which are significant to a guy on a fixed retirement income. I am beginning to wonder if any of this is worthwhile. For stating my opinion, I am herein met with vitriol from two mods. Sorry if I upset you guys.
