Hi, I've got a S&W model 57 and I'm hoping to improve it. Any idea of how to install a custom reticle, laser O flashlight?

You must be talking about an M&P 5.7?
They should already have a picatinny rail up front for the flashlight or laser and a plate on the slide to remove for a red dot. Very simple and straight forward.

Yup! That's me! I'm talking about a Smith & Wesson Model 57 (quite old gun)
The Model 57 is not that old and is a 41 Magnum REVOLVER, not a semi automatic. The Model 59 is a 9mm semi automatic.
Thank you, I was confused thinking he wanted to put all of these attachments on a revolver lol
