I wouldn't have chose that, but it is fun to drive.
She initially said she wanted an F-150 just like mine. I went up to the dealership, did some recon and had them value her 2018 Explorer. They had one white F-150 with a V8 in stock, but I also thought she'd like this:
I took her to the dealership to see what I found. We walked the showroom floor while waiting to talk to our salesman and spotted the Bronco. It wasn't there a half hour earlier. It's a new 2023 that was marked down over $18K and Ford offered an additional $5K off a B-Raptor if you trade in a vehicle.
She was grinning ear to ear when she looked it over. I asked her if she'd want a thing like that and she told me, OH YEAH!
I don't see any mud bogging, dune jumping or rock climbing in her future, but it should be OK in the snow.
I thought my tires looked big, until she parked it in the driveway.
