Overcooked Baby back ribs on the Webber kettle. Because i was trying to do to many things at the same time. Bacon wrapped onion rings was the star of tonight's meal.
Chicken thighs on the Webber, Green beans and Broccoli salad.

This is Ruthie's version of Gold Star chili. Being one of her specialties it is always delicious. Except for tonight. I couldn't taste anything. I doused it with napalm with no effect.

Tonight was a tuna salad sandwich on toast with diced pears covered in shredded cheese.

On occasion I enjoy spiced pears with a sprinkling of soft cheese. I also like a slab of hot apple pie with a slice of cheddar melted on top.
I am going to wait until the colon finishes healing before I have another beer. But I sure am going to enjoy it when that time comes.

I remember those days, Rusty. I am not a raw tomato eater, and when I was experiencing what you are, I would eat them on hamburgers or tacos figuring they were probably good for me and I couldn’t taste them anyway.

MizAnna did boneless chicken thighs with a thickened sauce based on salted caramel whiskey (recipe called for bourbon) in the crockpot.

Last night I cooked a rosemary crusted rack of lamb with a red wine reduction.
We had our Easter celebration yesterday.
So today we Grilled some burgers and stuffed mushrooms on the weber kettle

Last night it was Chinese chicken salad - about the only kind of salad I consider a full meal.
Tonight's Easter repast will be honey-glazed spiral-sliced ham, with au gratin potatos and green beans with bacon bits.

You guessed it, but
that Ham came with a Turkey Breast, roased in the oven as a side dish,
and they had Cranberry sauce, too !
Had a grand egg hunt in their back yard for the two, boy and girl that just turned two the other day, so a BDay party, also, when the cake and ice cream came out.
At 7pm the outside sprinklers came on and darned if those two kids did not open the sliding door and go out and run around in the water.
Hope everyone had a great Easter.
