Actors/ Actresses you can't stand?

It would take me a long time to list actors/actresses I change the channel when they come on...but, top of the list is Robert De Niro...

Speaking only for the job an actor does on screen, and not their off screen politics and behavior, one that I surprisingly cannot stand is Paul Giamatti, the guy who ruined the otherwise wonderful, nay, great miniseries John Adams for me. He looked like Adams, acted appropriately, even brilliantly for the scenes he was in, but he's one of those "modern" actors whose idea of projecting an emotional moment is to drop into a godawful, hissing, high-speed stage whisper.
I don't think I've ever met anyone in real life who talked like that. It seems to me that affliction has become de rigueur in movies over the past 15-20 years, and it's especially annoying when accompanied by a crescendo in music volume to perfectly drown out what was already difficult to hear and understand even without the music. It's getting harder and harder to find a movie where the self-important Foley artists and sound mixers think they're the most important part of the movie.

John Goodman is another one. He's an over-actor. He's ruined a lot of decent movies.

Sandra Bernhard - I don't know what it is about her, but I can't stand her!

My first and middle names came from Cooper and Ladd. Also liked Stewart and Gable. I just wait for the old movies to play for free, then I can tune them out when I get bored or just fall asleep. Way too many to hate and that just hurts me.

Any actor, company, product or person that is anti 2A i won't watch, buy their product or give them the time of day. Most actors are anti 2A, but they make movies with firearms. To me thats hypocritical. That to me is putting your wallet before your beliefs. Laura Ingraham wrote a book called "Shut up and sing". That pretty much sums it up for me.

It's not just movies. The first thing I noticed about the Dr Who reboot was the volume of the "background" music was ridiculous. Now, it is possible that the original BBC video/sound format did not transfer well to the US, but whatever, the music was too damned loud.

Oh, and don't get me started on Youtube gun reviewers who have a muttering of music in the background the whole time. What is that about? It's nearly as dumb as those drone videos from Ukraine where some joker insists on putting some death metal rubbish on the soundtrack.

Nicholas Cage is a terrible actor . I have no idea about his politics but his lack of acting skills is enough to put him on my No Fly list .

I think Nicholas Cage is often miscast. I liked him in The Rock, 8mm, and in Knowing. He has done a few stinkers though, and his money management has been a disaster.
