Model 66-8 DA pull w/new springs too light?

So I have a 4.25" 66-8 that I like a lot. Except factory pull weights were 4lb/5oz SA and 11lb/6oz DA...too heavy, though fairly smooth throughout. I installed a TK Custom (Wolff) mainspring and 13# Wilson rebound spring w/no other changes.

Now, pull weights are 2lb/15oz SA and (wait for it)...5lb/4oz DA! I haven't gotten it to the range yet, but wanted to run that DA pull weight by you guys on the forum. It's a thing of beauty...but is that too light, even if it does happen to ignite a variety of primers? I've gotten around 8.5lbs or so usually when swapping out the main and rebound springs like that...and I think 8lbs even is about the lightest, even with an 11lb rebound. Thoughts?

I'm kind of thinking they won't all go bang, DA. But I really hope they do. That would be cool!

Your SA is right where I like it.

Report back, for sure.

Thanks...me too! I knew it felt super light instantly, but blew me away when I saw the number. I also made sure the mainspring "strain" screw was completely tightened down.

Another question: do both the mainspring and the rebound spring affect DA pull weight?

So, a bit of an update...I removed the OEM strain screw and installed TK Custom's hex head strain screw. I tightened it down further than the stock screw, and now the DA is 7lbs exactly. That's still crazy light to me, but I think I'll shoot it this way and see how it goes.
