little dolls on Jeep dashboards

Fellow I knew had stereo speakers on the panel behind the rear seat. A speaker was the last thing to go through his head when he ran off the road and hit a tree one night.

Miniature big foots would make more sense, given the off road purpose of the vehicle.

I might have spoken too soon!

I do have this Miniature Navajo Couple who guard my Sacajaweas.IMG_2576.jpeg Navajo Couple who guard my Sacajaweas.

Parked my Jeep next to another at a burger joint. Left and there was small toy duck on my wiper blade. Gent back in and approached two young ladies. Ask if they did the duck? They smiled and said to look at their dash. Lotta figurines... must be a thing? ida know...

Jeep people need a way to make themselves feel special. After all, they are driving a Jeep, they need something to make themselves feel special.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I read somewhere this was started by a person that admired a jeep and wanted to leave a note saying so, but had no paper only had a toy duck; so, they wrote "nice jeep" on the duck and left it on the hood; and it blossomed from there.

Parked next to what looked to be a brand new Jeep...Had the biggest, knobest, tires I have ever seen on a Jeep size vehicle...So I said what the heck..waited for the driver...and asked just what you might expect.......Cost of the tires.....$3,750.00 for 5.....had not one duck on the dash.....

It does give off a bit of an "alternate lifestyle" kind of vibe, but I guess it doesn't hurt anyone.

Used to be in Montana if they had a bobbing doll on the back and Mary or St Christoper on the mirror or front, 9 times out of 9 they were from Anaconda.
