After years living overseas, I'm back in the States now and looking to collect some Smith and Wessons. I don't if it is because I associate them with my 20's, or if it is because they are objectively the best, but I find the 3rd gen TSW/Tactical models with integral rails to be the peak of S&W gun design. The only thing I have seen from S&W since then that comes close to exciting me is the new full size M&P carry comp in 9mm. I would love to have the exact same in 10mm, because I can't stand the "goblin nose" look of the PC model.

So what TSW integral rail models are out there? I know of the 4006TSW stainless (CHP model) and 4556TSW stainless and 4556TSW melonite (WVSP model), and the 3913TSW and 3914TSW. Are there any others?

Not integral. But, nice gun.
Guess I misunderstood what "integral" means.

Always thought of it as an essential part to make a whole.

Thanks for the pic. Now I know better.

As a side note the rail was useless for us as we couldn't mount a light per policy.

Just made it hard to find a decent security holster for duty and much wasn't available for off duty.

The RCMP 5946 had the integral rail, but weren't a TSW model. The slide and the firing pin retainer were the original 5946 style, as were the slide to frame rails
