For Heaven's sake.! Don't let the word about chuck eye steaks get out.I'm working over a couple of thick Eye of the Chuck steaks, smoked for 30 minutes over Mesquite, finished to medium rare and served with baby spuds that were cooked on the Traeger along with some Brussel's Sprouts.
I like prime Ribeye but I would like to try that Kobe beef.
Fat makes it taste good.
