Favorite. Ribeye steak with Kosher salt, course black pepper and brown sugar marinated over night is all I want. By far simplest and best over open fire.

My favorite cut of beef is the chateaubriand when I prepare steak for my wife and me. A nice mushroom sauce, asparagus, and popovers with plenty of butter to complete the meal. No room for dessert.
