I purchased a Model 66 last fall, have not shot it yet, I think I will try your Mothers polish on it to see if I can add some luster to it. Thanks for posting.

I keep this on a book case beside my bed. I keep my XD40 on top at night just in case. When the grandchildren come over in the safe it goes. Works well for me.
Welcome for a fellow Georgian, age has a way of taking its tole on us "seasoned" shooters. Between poor eyes and arthritis I do not shoot as often but still find it quite enjoyable. Hope all of your visits to the S&W forum are fruitful.

I have a 625-8 with a 5" bbl I wish it was 4 but this is what I have. After years of "chasing" after fired 45 acp brass it is a pleasure to load and unload the little wheel.

I have a 686 in 4" and enjoy the pistol very much. Shoot where I point it which is a good thing. You picked one of the best, if not the best to start your wheel gun collection. Congratulations.

Saw this video a few years back but lost the book mark. Thanks for posting, I am forwarding to some young people to show them what a good time really is.
