If my serial number is 6j20XX, and the J's run from 1J1 to 999J99 how is mine from that era? If the highest number only has 2 digits after the J and mine has 4 digits? Confusing to me.

Picked up a little m36 with a 3" barrel. Very nice condition and nice SA trigger pull and is accurate. I traded a Kahr CM9 for it and think I made a great trade since these aren't everywhere and I can always get a new Kahr CM9 for less than 300. I'm trying to figure out the DOB & real world...

2.6-2.7 gr WST with 148 gr LWC. Good light load that seems to be pretty accurate shooting cans around 15 yards. I also use Clays, BE, W231 and the occasional 2400 for heavy to max load.

I use my version of the old FBI load that pushes a 158 grain gas checked, Lead SWC-HP around 1000fps using 2400 powder, out of my M64 snub nose.
