    I noticed this thread has been resurrected and could probably use one more salt and pepper pair. A 4 inch N -sn model 27-2 transitional (no barrel pin but recessed charge holes) and a 1973 model 58. teesur.

    Today is National Puppy Day!

    Here is Aldus L'acadiene, (Aldus the Acadian one), at 4 months. And, here he is last spring at age 2. He is our latest GSD and was 3 this past Christmas. And here's his running mate Sista. She'll be 11 in July. My avatar is her puppy picture. teesur

    357 CTG. Highway Patrolman

    Hello gunhappydad, Model 28-2, S224161, shipped from the factory in April, 1962. I bought it new in May 1962 for the $85.00 price shown in another post, (plus 3% sales tax). Still have the gun after 53 years. Hope this helps. teesur.
