Changed out my 908 bobbed hammer with model 3913 hammer. No problems. Just needed to change out the hammer spring stirrup from the 3913 to the 908 stirrup. Here is a You Tube video as to the procedure as to how it disassembled and re-assembled. Hope this helps and good luck on finding a hammer.

Do you mean 5906 or 908???

Mine did the same thing. I move up in weight for the bullet 124 & 147 grain bullet and it seemed to help. Just a suggestion.

I'm just wondering if the take down lever is not fully disengaging the barrel lug when lever is moved into the down position??

Had the same problem with Magtech mag.'s Bought some Bersa factory mag.'s and never had a issue again.
