...as long as it's not my house being burglarized. Apparently Neighborhood Watch is a foriegn term to some.

But should have stayed in the truck and waited for police. Should'a, would'a, could'a....Monday morning quarter backing.

No, he didnt NEED to do that. Nor do you need to call 911 when you see someone climbing through your neighbors window or step in and try to stop someone getting kicked to death or raped. Some of us live by our own set of morals even if we dont get paid or a cushy retirement for it. Sometimes these things backfire and the white hats dont win. Obvisely the desk man wasnt going to risk law suite by ordering a civilian to do something dangerous. He covered his bases by saying you dont HAVE to follow, not DO NOT follow! (sure would be nice to know where he went though) probley was a unsaid hope!

I have yet to hear anyone say, that the young man, Was Standing his own Ground. The Zimmerman defense is as much his claim, as any, Except he is not alive to speak for himself.
After all, had he been stalking Zimmerman to begin with, we would not be here talking about this now.
Also If when he asked Zimmerman if he had a problem, Why not state, I'm the neighborhood watch captain, and just keeping an eye on things.
Still its a sad reality, Zimmerman should have listened to the police, and the young man should have listened to his girlfriend, and ran.
