Sounds pretty good.
This may get me into a theater for the first time in decades.
I've always enjoyed Pierce Brosnan's roles even if the films weren't great, definitely will go see it though I may have issues understanding a few scenes due to the accents lol. I believe it was John Amos' last role too.
Subtitles
Will definitely be watching this once it hits a place where I can turn on subtitles. Could not understand half the dialogue in the trailer.

That movie has been out for a long time. Must be getting re-released.
I really enjoyed it. Kind of schmalzy but very enjoyable and heartfelt. The bus ride with the SS veteran is very poignant.

I do not spend much time in movie theaters, BUT, for a big production sci-fi you have to go, or you miss the special effects that cannot be duplicated on TV.

That looks like a “must see” for me. Great storyline and I’ve always liked Pierce Brosnan as an actor. They sure did age him for the role, though, as he is only 71 in real life. The character of Artie would have been at least 20 years older than that at the D-Day 75th anniversary.
The beginning of 'Saving Private Ryan', or the opening sequence from the first 'Star Wars' in '77.
I first saw Star Wars before it became wildly popular, largely as a way to kill time. I later went back with others to see after it was HUGE. Different movie with a shorter running time (get in extra showings, make more $$). The movie became what they used to be referred to as a space opera instead of a masterful story telling. I'd like to get a DVD of the original version.
