Tacos-
I found a 1lb meatloaf recipe and was really good at least to me . Alot better than the sodium packed Hormel stuff. Used BBQ sauce with little Worcestershire sauce for the glaze. Had green beans , mashed potatoes and cornbread. Was a little greasy needed a leaner hamburger but the store was out. icookfortwo.com

Just a Diet Coke and large fry from McDonalds tonight. I don’t usually eat there but just flew back from the UK tonight and was craving them. Hadn’t had decent food in a week
