Looking for 158 gr JSP bullets...Everglades has them in a classic configuration closely duplicating Fed/Rem versions (the latter two are impossible to find in component form).

Have you had experience with these Everglades bullets?

I have been using "Everglades" bullets for decades. The actual manufacturer sells those to 6 or 7 different distributors.

All my use has been in the .355 diameter projectiles for use in the 357SIG mostly.

These lightweights move out of my MP5/357 at over 1700 FPS

The projectiles have alwasy been superb quality at very reasonable pricing

In the 357 Magnum I mostly use the IMI 125 JSP for the revolvers, the Armscor 158 FMJs for pliniking in the Desert Eagle and LAR Grizzly and I use the Remington 180 SJHP in the lever actions

Those look like they're made by Zero Bullets. If so they are great.

Zero Bullets is pretty much all I use for my jacketed handloads:
9mm @ 125JHP
357 @ 158JHP
40 @ 165JHP
44 @ 240JSP
45 @ 185JHP & 230JHP

I buy direct from Zero.

.

Yeah, that bullet looks like a Zero bullet design to me too. And I buy them from Roze Distribution also, at quite a bit better price and with shipping included. BTW, I shoot mostly all Zero bullets for my jacketed bullets as the price/performance suits my wallet and shooting needs.

Here's a pic I took a few years ago of various Zero bullets I reload with. Look at the 158 JSP in the pic and compare it to the pics on Everglades and make your own decision.

Everglades 115 gr jacketed FMJ bullets are $89/1,000 for 9mm; Zero is $101.40. Just an observation....Both include shipping.

But then if you look at the bullets the OP was referring to, the 38 cal. 158 grain JSP, Roze smokes Everglades, $137/1k for Everglades vs $108/1k for Roze distribution. Best thing is to check both and buy from the best price.

And from Precision Delta they’re $83.00 shipped when you buy 2k.

I used to buy from Everglades when they had good sales. Lately they haven't had a good sale . They are good to deal with, and their bullets are good.

Another ordering option for what also appears to be Zero's bullets is TJ Conevara's.I like ordering from them as they are close enough to me that I can sometimes order in the morning and have them the next day, as they use a company called "Speedy" if you live in Minnesota, as I do.
