M&P 1905, 4th Change Target - Pictures Added

I bought a Model of 1905, 4th Change Target today (s/n 569450). The front sight is a Gold Bead with Sheard 35 stamped on the right side and Marble marked on the left side. Would the front sight have been a factory option or after-market. I'm near Tacoma, WA. My research into Sheard shows he set up shop in Tacoma after starting out in Montana.

I know - pictures. Not possible today - need better lighting.

Definitely will letter this one.

Very nice gun. Pre war targets is what started me collecting. Can't think of a nicer gun.

That's a nice one. I love prewar target revolvers in any caliber and on any frame. I wish I could shoot them better.

I once had a .32-20 Target with the same sight set-up.
