Well I just couldn't resist. A NIB 60-14 made its way home with me, adding to my humble collection of four other SW revolvers. I had two to choose from at the shop and both had pretty stiff triggers.
So I've been firing with some home made snap caps (brass with rubber erasers in the primers). It has definitely helped some. Question - what's the "knee in the curve" for smoothing out the trigger the old fashioned way of dry firing? 500? 1000? Just curious. I really like the gun and all, but dry firing does get old (and my wife returns from her trip in two days and will give me "the look" if she catches me in a chair dry firing....but I can't complain - she lets me buy all the guns I can afford).
