Default 327PC price check please.....

Went to a larger gun show yesterday, looking to get rid of a safe queen rifle I had. Found a guy who was interested in my gun, but didn't have enough cash. I ended up getting a NIB Kimber ultra carry 2 and a 327PC (w/box and all the goodies), plus some cash. I put a value of $1,000 on the 327 and think I did okay, but what is the real world value on the thing? I searched GB, but all I really found was the TRR version, not the snub nosed scandium version that I have. TIA.

Firstly ,the 327PC is a great revolver. I have 3 of them. I have been lucky enough to pick up all three for around 1k or a little less. I’ve seen them go for over 2k 2 years ago which was just crazy on the broker. The highest that I saw regularly was 1700.00. One of these days I’m going to send one to TK Custom to have their ultimate package performed. It’s definitely ugly but a fun revolver. Congrats on the acquisition.

The S&W Model 327PC 2" bbl. 8-shot snubby...MSRP $1569. You did OK for around $1K, and I haven't seen many used ones for sale. If you haven't shot it yet with .357 Magnum rounds, you're in for a interesting experience. If it's anything like my lightweight scandium/titanium Model 386PD 7-shot, it kicks like a mule! It was a great little revolver and easy to carry, but follow up shots were near impossible. I ended up trading my 386PD for a PC Model 627-5 2-5/8" bbl. I think you did fine with your trade, because the Kimber UC II is an outstanding pistol, too. Enjoy!
