    GUN SHOWS---AAAARRRRGGGG

    that is why I only go to 2 gun shows a year.... The Smokey mountain gun collectors association show in Knoxville, tn.... twice a year... only about 200 tables..... nothing but guns.... NOTHING BUT GUNS... last show only had 1 dealer selling new guns... everyone else just regular people...

    My lgs gass a 657 mountain gun that someone has replaced the grips with a set of S&W combat grips... The grips are in good shape... I am hesitating on the gun.. I have 2 model 58's and love the 41mag.... just not sure of the price they have on tis one...OTD around $750.... Will not do any...

    Oh man, I so need this one to go wih my 2.5 inch PC 629... I have told the seller I will take it but it is not in my hand yet... Thanks all for the information... you guys ar a great help I will post a few pictures if everything works out.

    looking at a 629 locally (pictures only) and I have tried to determine exactly what it is. It has combat grips, 3 inch barrel and appears to have the L-comp style compensator on it infront of the front sight. The rear sight is a service sight like on a model 10 or model 58 (not adjustable)...

    OK. I used the search feature but could not get it narrowed down enough... I just picked up a Nice Model 15-1 made in 62 per the serial number... There is the letter L stamped in the cylinder face. What does this represent?
