So I called S&W to ask what the status of my Shield mag order is and I end up in a fairly lengthy, and very nice conversation with the CS rep about the Shield. I completely enjoyed my conversation with him. This box was on my porch this afternoon (2 day delivery and beat the mags arrival .. lol)

Very nice of them! Ruger sent me a hat last year after I left some positive feedback on their website. It's a great surprise!
