The M&P 10 comes with tall sights to accommodate a red dot. Does anyone know if I could replace the tall sights on this gun with normal night sights and not have point of aim/point of impact issues?

Well, it is pretty much a standard that virtually anytime you change the sights on any firearm you are going to need to re-evaluate the point of aim/point of impact question...

I note that those optics height sights are the ONLY sights listed on the S&W website when they "build" you a 10mm, as opposed to quite a few options for the other M&P calibers...

Cheers!

P.S. Fusion/LPA has Luminova "fully adjustable night sights"(?) for M&P pistols.

Assuming the cuts are one of the standard ones (and the sights are for that cut...) you should have no issues with grabbing a lower set of sights.

Picked up my new M&P 10mm today, and the rear cut is much narrower then the standard. Front appears to be slightly narrower then my other M&P's.

I don't intend to put optics on mine and would also like to find replacement sights for the stock ones.

Same here ... If S&W doesn't or won't offer 'normal' sights (tritium or otherwise) for the 10mm M&Ps, the aftermarket will likely catch-up and do it.

Question is, how long will that take?
