Who makes M&P 15t FF quad rail?

That particular rifle uses a UTG Pro rail. Previous versions of the T did have Troy rails. Some other models do use Troy rails, such as the M&P 15TS.
 
I did some search on this free float UTG and people seem to like it. Mainly reviews from amazon.

Does the newer 15t rail use a standard barrel nut?
