rail laser for SD40 that works with most holsters?

Anyone have any luck with a compact laser for the rail that still allows you to use most holsters? Would like one but want to make sure theres a chance it'll still allow the gun to be holstered. Guess I could order one and if it dont work send it back.

Id love a stainless steel laser guide rod... No need for a speciality holster or large price tag for something that may or may not require purchasing a new holster

I use the Crimson Trace CMR-201 and it is small enough to fit in my IWB and OWB holsters.

The issue I have with the rod laser is its got to be able to take a beating being there.

BRCHAMBERSJR can I ask what Holsters your using just purchased the black hawk serpa 2.

laserlyte makes a rear sight laser for the M&P that would fit...but its the glock box for the regular sight

I have the SD40VE with the Crimson Trace Rail Master 201 on it and I use the Remora series 10 holster and it works just fine with the laser and with the finish of the holster it never moves in my waist band.
