My reasons for suggesting this come down to the following: I don't buy limited edition safe queen firearms, but if I did it would be a Model 1006 in Stainless Steel finish. ;)

There even exists a business case for a limited re-issue. Sell it with a .40 S&W combo barrel for $2000 per gun with a letter and number each model out of a 1006 model production run.

Can the church of S&W get an amen?

Preach it....I'm in for the 1006...don't care about the letter/limited, etc, but a .40 conversion barrel would be very nice.

I already have the original S&W1006 with the Bar-Sto match grade 40S&W and 9x25Dillon and waiting on the 357Sig barrel to be finished.

But if they want to make them again I would be a church going partron!
AMEN!
