Got my 686 conversion done and was thinking about installing a 5 inch barrel and use it for bullseye. So -- What would be a good load for 50 yards with a 38 148 gr HBWC in a 9mm?

I take it you have a 9mm cylinder in your 686? If that is the case I don't see where the 148HBWC could be loaded into the 9x19 case. you would have to leave so much of the bullet out front it would be hard to get a crimp and then I'm not sure it would chamber in the cylinder. I use a 105gr LSWC 9mm for Bullseye that works good at 25yds, never have shot 50yds with it.
