Good job. Nice to see those old Model 15s are still being treated well.
I cannot fathom someone doing this to a Smith. This thing looked like absolute **** before you started. You did an outstanding job saving this gun. My hat's off to you, Sir.

That is really impressive! Some folks have the "knack",some don't. I fall into the latter category. You obviously do not.
Great job!

Very well done sir.
Excellent job! Years ago I did the same thing with a 32-20 6.5 inch target I bought for $90.
Instead of cold blue I had the late Fred Sidowski reblue it after I did the metalwork.

Shocking. I had no idea something like that could be done with those simple items. Great job.
Thank you sir. Me either, but I gave it my best shot.
Thank you sir. Not bad for a cold blue I dont think.
That's an amazing result using cold blue. Which brand/type did you use and how if you don't mind telling us? My touch-ups with various cold blues have always left a lot to be desired.
Doing an entire revolver with cold blue is something I never even considered giving a try.
Excellent job of restoring the finish. It darn near looks like it was hot blued.
Very, very nice! Do you know if the hammer & trigger are original?
Thank you sir. They are not, I replaced them a long time ago with a TH, and TT.
