Now they and the illegals outvote us! We now also get the weekly S&W Forum "Let's all piss on California" thread! Why don't you guys just take back all of the liberals you sent us and it would solve our restrictive gun-law problem !

That is so funny! We have been moaning and wailing in Idaho for 30 years because the "Californians" are moving here and taking over!! Especially in North Idaho. Probably the very "liberals" you are talking about and they are multiplying like rabbits!! It is too bad you are a minority in your own state.

In Florida, we get our share of ultra-left from New York and New Jersey, but we also get a fair share of ultra-right from places like Ohio, Pennsylvania and other midwest rustbelt places no one wants to retire in.

Good weather and no state income tax makes this a great place to retire, and drive crappy.

Yep, I enjoy Texas for many reasons....spring time, christmas in my shirt sleeves, and the gun laws. Bought my Sig and it was a 20 min wait while they did the background check, then it was over....no permit, no nothing. God Bless Texas.

Interesting. I love shooting shotguns more than anything else. Wonder if I could buy enough land and just sit there shooting at giant flying insects......

NJ is pretty bad with the guns laws we need to deal-with also. The worst part is getting permits to purchase handguns. Depending on your town it can take 2 weeks to almost a year, no-kidding! Can only take posession of one handgun every 30 days unless you apply for and get granted an exemption, then there is no limit (I have done this).

Notice, I said take posession. You can buy 1000 handguns if you have the $$$, just can't get them without a pistol purchase permit for each and without getting the OGAM (one gun a month) exemption you will be waiting 30 days between getting each gun. By the way, the pistol purchase permits are good for 90 days from date of issue. If they are about to expire you can ask to get them extended for another 90 days, but there is no law stating that they must be extended.... They can expire and then are useless.
