Yet another boof from team S&W!!!
I think we need to organize a twenty man march and start flicking them in the back of the ear. That might get the QA on par?
I'm sure Fedex or UPS isn't complaining!

Yeah...mine's in the mix and I just got it back with a replaced barrel. So....here we go again. It's been in transit more than at the range.

On a brighter note, I just sent a M&P9compact back for FTF and a few other QC issues. It came back and it is freakin' flawless. Too bad it couldn't have been that way from the factory, but it's great now. Tough for them to make any money with all this going on.

Thanks for the heads up, jtheise4. We bought two of these last fall that we use in our NRA Basic Pistol classes. I will check the serial numbers on them tomorrow to see if either of them need to go back.

Thanks for the heads up! For me its bitter-sweet news. Mine has to go back, but I'm glad it is getting fixed. I will keep everyone posted on the whole recall process. So far today 6/2 I submitted my information for a return box.
