I can't believe anyone would buy from him, but some people must be doing it.

These are called: "folks with more money than sense", and when I view a sale like this I think to myself: "a fool and his money soon part"!

Here is another Gwymer SPECIAL on GB for $1355.00. It is a lettered 657 and if you read the letter it is in a blue finish. To these eyes the revolver is stainless. IMO the gun looks well used and from looking at the recoil shield has had quite a few rounds down the chamber. Does S&W actually blue a stainless revolver? Mine is in that run, 95+ condition and is tighter that you know what. "A sucker is born every minute" applies here IMO. I know what free enterprize is but I could not sleep at night knowing I've took someone of their hard earned money, especially in this crappy economic state we are in. JMO and I'm sticking to it.

He won an auction for a nice 58 that I had on GB. He paid well over $800 for it and I am happy. If he can sell it for more, more power to him, but I wouldn't pay more.........

Guaranteed that is a mistake in the letter.
