The factory will do this work, but the shipping is rather expensive. I sent a Model 64 with a used barrel and it cost about $60 to ship via overnight Fed Ex., The factory charged $72 for the barrel change plus return shipping of around $20. This is likely more than a local gunsmith would charge but the factory will do it right and check the entire gun to make sure everything is within specs.
