Hi, and welcome! 1973 production.

I don't know the ship date,you would need a factory letter for that but the serial number puts the mfg date around 1973-74.Alan, you beat me by 1 minute.

Sorry I saw the question was about the ship date too, but since this was made 2 years post "Dirty Harry" I bet it was shipped the day it was put into its box!
