Not sure where to go with this one. Came across an 8 &3/8" barreled .357 mag with TTTHRRWO, smooth Smith target grips, and no model number under the five digit serial number - 80xxx.

The number stamped on the frame, visible when the cylinder is open, is the assembly number. The serial number is stamped on the butt. You will have to remove the grips to read it. It should have a "S" prefix.
