As you observed - it is not a Transitional Magnum. Not only because it is SN higher than S75000, but because it has none of the Transitional features, which primarily included: pre-war long-action hammer (cut for the new safety), large extractor rod knob, single line Made in USA, longer pre-war grip frame...
