Dry fire dry fire dry fire, I'm not sure which gun you had first the glock or the snubnose .38 ? If you had the glock first the trigger pull on a snubnose .38 is a big change. When I first went to the range with my m-odel 642 the broad sides of barns were laughing at me. I learned that the basics of shooting are even more important in a snubnose. Two things that have helped me very much, the first is doing a lot of dry fireing to get a smooth roll of the trigger finger. The second is to treat the little snubnose as if you have a dirty harry monster gun in your hands. I use a chapman stance where I lean aggresively forward. I am hitting 5 out of 5 on an 8 inch target at 25'. I would try working on the mechanics of shooting first it can't hurt.
